Ethics Charter

The commitments that keep the child, family and whole-life purpose central to our decisions.

Effective: 1 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-01.1

The child and the life ahead

Pinnacle Blooms Network is operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Private Limited (BHCL). In these policies, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BHCL in its operation of Pinnacle Blooms Network.

We begin with the life the child is growing toward: greater self-sufficiency, learning and participation in family, school and community. That purpose shapes the abilities to understand, goals, suitable people and methods, everyday practice and review. It is not a guarantee or a requirement that every child receives every therapy.

Respect and informed choices

Respect capabilities, preference, comfort and communication. Explain the next step and the family’s role. Give the family room to ask questions, understand fees and choose without pressure, fear or shame. A family’s earlier choices must not be used to blame them.

Evidence and honesty

Describe claims with their source, date, definition and limitations. Keep network counts, study results, individual outcomes, facility registrations and software credentials distinct. Correct a material error. Do not invent patient stories, endorse an unearned credential or hide a relevant commercial relationship.

Privacy, fair treatment and human review

Use personal information for authorised purposes and seek separate permission for publicity. Keep meaningful human professional and family review in care decisions. Digital measures support that review; a score alone does not define a child’s worth, destiny or entire life.

Concerns and accountability

Email care@pinnacleblooms.org with the subject “Ethics or care concern”, a way to contact you and the information needed to understand your request. You can call 9100 181 181 for guidance. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or unnecessary child records.

Ask for review by the responsible management team and retain the correspondence. Good-faith concerns should be handled without retaliation. This charter states standards and commitments; it does not claim a particular automated ethics system, committee or audit has already been implemented.

This edition is effective from 1 October 2026. It replaces the previous public website wording for this subject. Material changes will be dated here. It does not retrospectively introduce charges or remove rights under an existing agreement.

Nothing in this policy removes a right, remedy, complaint route or protection that applicable law gives you. Booking-specific written terms must be disclosed before you agree; they cannot override mandatory law.
