The Personal Development Kernel (PDK) is PinnacleAI’s child-specific record concept. It organises relevant assessed information, family priorities, goals, settings and responses over time to support authorised professional review. People interpret the record and decide the next support with the family.
A plan is more useful when it remembers what helped, where, with whom and why it was chosen. Your family’s knowledge belongs in that conversation.

Fictional example: a four-year-old wants to join the school day. The family’s priority is taking part in getting ready, with comfortable and useful support. These entries explain the record concept; they are not a patient report or a measured result.

At the agreed next review, compare the step the child initiates, the help provided, comfort and participation in both settings. Keep the observation date, contributor, proposed change and reason together. The school response to this adaptation is still pending.
