The plain answer
Fusion is PinnacleAI’s tracking and correction module. It connects relevant observations from therapy, home and, where appropriate and consented, school with professional review. The useful output is a decision about what to keep, adapt, pause or investigate, followed by a clear next observation.
Your family sees parts of your child’s life that an appointment cannot show. We bring those observations into the care discussion so the plan can respond to life beyond the therapy room.

Compare the context, not just the result
The picture-supported request appears in two quieter, familiar situations. It has not yet been observed without an adult cue, or in the busy playground. These are different questions; averaging them into one “success” score would lose information the next decision needs.
The professional decision in this example
In this example, the professional and family keep the picture cue, choose a quieter place with one familiar peer, and make a way to pause or decline available. The immediate checkpoint becomes a chosen turn with that support—not joining the larger group.
The next agreed checkpoint
At the next agreed opportunity, note the setting, who was there, the cue offered, how the child responded and whether the child chose to continue or pause. The response to the revised support has not yet been observed.
Keep the useful support and review another relevant opportunity. A supported turn does not by itself establish independent requesting or transfer to a larger group.
Respect the pause, reduce the demand and bring the observation back. The professional can reconsider communication, comfort, the environment or the goal, and decide whether other assessment or referral is needed.
