What this supports

The September handout reports 2.7 billion+ structured platform records and connects dated operational counts to specified procedures and Board-adopted criteria. It separately describes a 70+ network figure. The 2.5 billion floor assertion and 2.7 billion observed row-count finding have different reporting roles.

Scope & limits

Therapy services include assessments, screenings and parent training under the report’s criteria; they are not all one-to-one therapy sessions. Beneficiary/family registrations are not a count of unique children. Network and operational centres use different definitions. Platform records are not unique children, independent clinical-trial observations or verified, deduplicated AI-training examples. Volume alone does not establish model performance, clinical effectiveness or a worldwide size ranking. The 130,000 technique update has no inspected inventory extract; neither practitioner report establishes that updated count or the 70+ countries claim.

The July dossier used a 2.5 billion+ floor and retired earlier 2.7 billion wording. The September handout subsequently publishes 2.7 billion+ observed row counts. Limited assurance over the 2.5 billion floor is distinct from factual findings without an assurance opinion on the 2.7 billion row count. The 70+ network and 49 operational-centre figures also use different definitions.
