THE SOFTWARE’S ROLE

Support the people supporting the child.

The manufacturing licence names four intended functions. These support measurement, planning and review by the people involved in the child’s development.

People remain central. Parents, therapists, educators and caregivers are the intended users. The product is non-diagnostic; clinical and care decisions remain within appropriate human and professional review.

The BIS scope schedule names AbilityScore mapping, Prognose, Everyday Therapy through TherapeuticAI, and tracking and correction through Fusion. These names describe the documented software scope; each child’s goals and outcomes are individual.

Each document answers a different question: what the licensed device does, who manufactures it, which management systems are certified, and what the export certificate establishes.

Export ready from India.

Free Sale Certificate FSC/MD/2026/000741 adds a documented export foundation to the licensed PinnacleAI product.

Issued by the State Licensing Authority, TG SAFE, Telangana, on 23 September 2026, the certificate references manufacturing licence MFG/MD/2026/000248. It records that the listed device may be manufactured and sold in India under Indian law and exported as per the law of the importing country.

For potential international partners, the practical value is an inspectable source package: product identity, intended use, manufacturer, licence, management-system scope and the export certificate. Market access then proceeds under each destination’s requirements.

Indian export documentation is established. A foreign registration or marketing authorisation is a separate, country-specific step.

INTERNATIONAL LICENSING PATHWAY

Progress that can be verified market by market.

Pinnacle’s announcement identifies ten target markets. The next chapter is to translate the Indian source package into country-specific requirements, applications and—where issued—registrations.

Filing receipts and foreign registrations are not yet verified in this collection. A market advances to “submitted” when a receipt is available and to “registered” when the competent authority’s record is available. The announced MDSAP audit plan remains a plan until scheduling and completion are evidenced; country market access is separate.
