Pinnacle Blooms Network · Every child. One life. One clear direction.
Every therapy matters. Your child’s life matters most.
Your child’s self-sufficient, mainstream-included life is the purpose from the beginning. Start with one everyday priority—asking for help, getting ready or joining in. We connect assessment, suitable therapies, family practice and review around the life you want your child to grow toward.
Different concerns may bring you here. You should not have to assemble the journey alone—or know which therapy to choose before we listen.
One child. One life. Every step working toward it.
Let’s make the first step simple
Tell us how to reach you. We’ll listen first.
Your name and number are enough. You do not need to choose a therapy or explain your child’s whole history here.
Why families choose Pinnacle
A direction you understand. A journey you help shape.
Your child is one whole life. Assessment, therapy and technique matter. At Pinnacle, every part of the work serves the abilities your child needs in everyday life.
Begin with the life you want for your child.
Growing independence and mainstream participation give abilities, goals and support their direction.
Start with the whole life. Make every part serve it.
An assessment, technique or therapy session matters most when it helps your child do more in real life. Pinnacle begins with the life you want your child to grow toward, then gives every ability, goal, method, person, practice and review a clear direction.
We bring the appropriate people and methods around one child’s priorities. PinnacleAI® connects measurement, planning, practice and review around the larger question: how will this help this child grow toward greater independence and mainstream participation?
Bricks matter. The home gives them purpose.Every part matters. The journey gives it direction.
Therapies and techniques are the parts. Your child’s life is the purpose.

See your child’s capabilities clearly
Assessment and AbilityScore® measurement help the team understand current abilities and agree where to begin.
You belong in every stage. Your priorities, observations and questions help shape the journey. Professionals guide care decisions; PinnacleAI supports the work.
In the water-request example, the question is what helps the child communicate a need in an ordinary moment. Your observations give the professional something specific to review—not just a count of sessions attended.
From guided work to everyday life. A developing ability becomes meaningful when the child can use it in the moments that matter.
The request works with support
If the child uses the agreed request with an adult’s prompt, keep useful support and record the prompting still needed. That is not yet a request made without the prompt. A picture or communication aid can remain part of independent communication.
The support is not accessible
If the picture, gesture or words do not help the child express a choice comfortably, the professional reviews that method and the setting with your family.
It works in one setting
If a request is useful at the table, agree how to check it with another familiar person or in another suitable routine. Transfer is something to observe, not assume.
These are possible review decisions, not reported outcomes. Family observations and professional judgement determine the next step.
The software licence describes its permitted scope; your child’s plan and progress are individual. Research records distinguish methods, preliminary findings and company study summaries.
We begin with the life your child is growing toward. Greater independence and participation in family, school and community give assessment, goals, therapies, everyday practice and review one shared purpose.
What can I discuss in the first conversation?
Tell us about everyday moments you want to make easier: communicating a need, managing a routine, learning or taking part with others. Ask about assessment, suitable support, the centre and fees. You do not need to know the name of a therapy to begin.
How will my family be involved?
Your priorities and observations help shape the work. Parent-guided everyday practice connects developing abilities with daily routines, and review helps the team decide what to adjust next.
What should I bring to a visit?
Bring your questions and any existing reports you would like the professional to consider. The team will confirm what is relevant for your appointment. There is no need to upload medical information to this enquiry form.
Do I need to choose a therapy before contacting you?
No. Select “Help me choose” or call us. An appropriate professional assessment helps determine what support is suitable.
What happens after I request a family conversation?
When the form confirms receipt, your enquiry has been accepted. Our team contacts you to discuss your priorities, a suitable centre and professional, appointment options and fees. Submitting the form does not itself confirm an appointment or enrol your child.
Can I choose a centre and see its details?
Yes. Choose a preferred centre to see its address and available photos, contact details and Google Maps link. You can also leave the choice open. We confirm current premises, suitable services and appointment availability before you travel.
What should I do if the form cannot confirm receipt?
Your details stay in the form. If receipt is uncertain, call 9100 181 181 before sending again so the team can help you check. If the form explicitly rejects the request, check the details or call us.
Is the assessment free?
The current speech and language assessment campaign offers a FREE assessment. Other assessments and ongoing therapy may have different fees. Confirm the service and its charges with the team before your visit.
