INCOORDINATION
It is a smooth, rhythmical and accurate harmonial activity performed in correct sequence of action of the group of muscles called as coordination.
*Lack of coordination is said to be incoordination or asynergia.
*Incoordination is the jerky, inaccurate non- purposeful movement done by the group of muscles.
* It can manifest in various ways, such as:
1. _Motor skills_: Clumsiness, difficulty with fine or gross motor movements, or trouble with hand-eye coordination.
2. _Cognitive function_: Disorganized thinking, difficulty with problem-solving, or trouble with focus and attention.
3. _Emotional regulation_: Mood swings, impulsivity, or difficulty managing emotions.
4. _Speech and language_: Stuttering, stammering, or struggling to find the right words.
5. _Daily activities_: Trouble with self-care, time management, or organization.
