INSOMNIA
The definition of insomnia is "habitual sleeplessness or inability to sleep". Many of us in today's fast-paced life struggle to get a good night's sleep, but insomnia is different because it is an ongoing condition that causes sleep disruptions despite anyone's ability to get a good night's sleep.
