Myasthenia gravis is a neuromuscular disease that causes weakness of the muscles that affect a person’s bones, muscles in the face, throat, and diaphragm.

Symptoms:
Weakness of the eye muscles (ocular myasthenia)
Drooping of one or both eyelids (ptosis)
Blurred or double vision (diplopia)
Changes in facial expressions
Difficulty swallowing
Shortness of breath
Impaired speech (dysarthria)
 Body Weakness
Investigation:

Nerve stimulation
Ice pack test 
Blood analysis
Pulmonary function test
CT scan
EMG
Treatment:
Medicine

Cholinesterase inhibitors
Corticosteroid
Immunosuppressents
Intravenous therapy
Plasmapheresis
Intravenous immunoglobulin
Monoclonal antibody
Surgery: 
The surgical removal of the thymus gland. 

Physiotherapy helps to make the strengthening of the weakness of the muscle
Occupational therapy helps to make the independent life 
Speech therapy helps to improve speaking language.
