Early intervention - Early intervention  begins in prior to or at pre-school age. Children at this age have a higher level of changeable in their brains. As child’s brain is still forming at this age it is more plasticity, making early intervention strategies more effective.For some kid with autism, the use of early intervention can help them so much that they will no longer on the spectrum when they are older. These children have a few things in common. They have been diagnosed and received treatment at a younger age and have better motor and language skills. In addition, these children have a higher IQ compared to other kids with autism.

Early intervention strategies- some early intervention strategies are- 1. Applied behavior analysis( ABA) - ABA is a commonly used strategy with kids with autism under five years old. It  focused on identifying and modifying the behavior. ABA focuses on behaviors, it also helps in many other ways, including increasing the language and social skills. Kids with autism with aggressive behaviors can also benefit from ABA and autism aggressive behavior strategies

2. Occupational therapy- Occupational therapy can help the  children with autism  learns how to do activities of daily living. These skills are developed through various kinds of methods including play and adaptive strategies. Children with autism can benefit from occupational therapy in a variety of ways. Some of the these we can see in fine motor skills, large motor skills, visual skills, communication, problem-solving etc.

3. Speech therapy- kids  with autism may have speech delays or not use speech typically . Early intervention can help them to catch up to their peers, learn how to use spoken language, or use nonverbal tools for communication .
