An obsession is a recurring thought of something or someone, where it always seems to be in a person’s mind.

Obsessions may be a passing occurrence or a long-term interest, and may or may not be uncomfortable experiences.

Obsessions may often reoccur in your daily life as:
✓thoughts
✓dreams
✓urges
✓fantasies
✓Intrusive thoughts
Obsessions may also feel a bit like intrusive thoughts — unwelcome thoughts that may feel concerning.
Most people have intrusive or unwanted thoughts from time to time. Not all intrusive or unwanted thoughts are obsessive thoughts.
It can be hard to distinguish between obsessions and worries. A worry tends to be something that’s within reason or that could have a possibility of happening.

Obsessive behavior and symptoms:
According the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th ed.), you may be dealing with an obsession if you experience stressful thoughts or urges that cause you to try to make these thoughts go away or calm related stress.
Types of obsessions:
A person may experience one or more different types of obsessions.
✓unwanted thoughts about hurting yourself or others
✓fantasies about death
✓worrying that you didn’t do something that you should have
✓worrying about doing something drastically wrong within a religion or belief system
✓constant anxiety about offending other people
✓fear of germs or sickness

MILLER FISHER SYNDROME

Miller Fisher syndrome is a very rare nerve disease that’s related to Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS).

CAUSES :

Campylobacter Jejuni is a common species of bacteria that triggers Miller Fisher syndrome and Guillain-Barré syndrome.

Viruses that trigger both diseases include:
Zika
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)
Epstein-Barr (mononucleosis)

SYMPTOMS :

Weakness of eye muscles, which leads to double vision and difficulty controlling eye movements (ophthalmoplegia)
Problems with limb coordination (ataxia)
Loss of reflexes in your tendons (areflexia)

A voice disorder is a change in how the voice sounds. Health care providers trained in ear, nose and throat illnesses and speech-language pathologists diagnose and treat voice issues.

Treatment depends on what's causing the voice change. Treatment can include voice therapy, drugs, shots or surgery.

Many factors can lead to a voice disorder, such as:

Autism attachment styles:-

• Secure attachment — The child feels trust and worthy of love, connect well and securely in relationships with others, and has the capacity for situationally appropriate autonomous action.

# Cause : The parent is responsive to the child’s needs; they are sensitive, loving, and reassuring.

# Effect : The child learns they can depend on their parent, and hence they feel protected and secure.

• Avoidant attachment — The child tends to avoid interaction with the caregiver.

# Cause : The parent has ignored attempts to be intimate, and are generally insensitive and rejecting; they ignore, ridicule, and show annoyance.

# Effect : The child internalizes the belief that they cannot depend on this—or any other—relationship. They avoid interaction with the parent, minimize emotion, and distrust others.

• Ambivalent/resistant attachment — The child will feel concern that others will not reciprocate their desire for intimacy.

# Cause : The parent does not consistently provide responsive care towards the child’s needs; they are unpredictable or self-centered (overwhelmed or wanting the child to meet their needs).

# Effect : The child learns that the parent cannot be relied upon, though they wish they could; they might cry and seek out the parent, then show anger and struggle when comforted.

• Disorganized/disoriented attachment — The child will show overt displays of fear; contradictory behaviors that seem to lack goals or intentions; affects occurring simultaneously or sequentially; stereotypic, asymmetric, misdirected or jerky movements; or freezing and apparent dissociation.

# Cause : Due to unresolved trauma, the parent shows unpredictable behavior; the parent is simultaneously a source of threat and a secure base.

Mothers who experienced more serious partner violence were more likely to have infants with disorganized attachments to them.

Dysphagia is the medical term for swallowing difficulties.

Some people with dysphagia have problems swallowing certain foods or liquids, while others can't swallow at all.

Other signs of dysphagia include:

coughing or choking when eating or drinking
bringing food back up, sometimes through the nose
a sensation that food is stuck in your throat or chest
persistent drooling of saliva
Over time, dysphagia can also cause symptoms such as weight loss and repeated chest infections.

cancer – such as mouth cancer or oesophageal cancer

Stage 1 - Acute stage
Stage 1 or the “Acute Stage.” It depends upon how severe someone’s acute situation is.

Stage - 2
Stage 2 work is clearing the backlog in your emotional closet. This is the stuff that animates most of the problems in your life. Moving through this will allow you to start to operate on an entirely new level.

Stage - 3
Everything up until this level was below the baseline(clearing negativity from your system). When we we enter Stage 3, we start getting into fostering the 'true self' coming forward into life. Stage 3 is about birthing the Authentic Self.

Stage 4: Refining Your Gifts

In Stage 4, you take your true self that we have been birthing and start to figure out how it works. Much of the work that happens here has to do with expanding out your sense of self into this new territory.This is a big growth phase. Here we challenge and move beyond concepts of limits.

Stage 5: Mastery & Leadership

In Stage 5, you know who you are, you have learned to use your new self and you are now beginning to make your unique contribution to your emotional life. It is where you starts to work in an empowered.you will start to see differences like, long-standing conflicts easily become resolved.
