Session entries, assessment observations, technique ratings and other structured events. The evidence does not identify every record as an AI-training example or establish clinical effectiveness.
The useful family question is how the experience recorded across services informs a clear plan and review for your child.

What this figure counts
The defined total includes assessments, screenings and parent training. It is not established as 31 million successful one-to-one therapy sessions; service volume and clinical success are separate measures.
A technique library is useful when a practitioner selects and adapts activities to a child’s goals, interests and everyday routines.

The updated repository count has not been reconciled to a dated inventory extract. The reviewed UDIN reports do not establish this figure, and technique count does not mean 130,000 separately validated interventions.
Behind each registration is a family seeking support. A family’s own goals and progress reviews remain the measure that matters to them.

This is the defined registration measure. It is not a count of unique children with independently verified outcomes, and it does not itself measure family empowerment.

What this figure counts
Network size, operational-centre counts and HFR identifiers are different measures. On 19 September 2026, 56 complete IDs matched in the NHPR dashboard and 33 displayed Approved; other workflow statuses and one masked Draft remain separate. An HFR record does not establish clinical outcomes or replace location-specific permissions.
