What makes “sovereign-ready” and “world-ready” meaningful?
For a health system, sovereign readiness means demonstrable control over data and operations under its own governance requirements. International readiness also needs validated mappings, appropriate local language and workflows, applicable regulatory permissions, and evidence of safe, useful performance in that setting.
