## Charges and instructions

Pinnacle Blooms Network is operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Private Limited (BHCL). In these policies, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BHCL in its operation of Pinnacle Blooms Network.

Confirm the service, amount, currency, taxes or additional charges, what is included and cancellation terms before payment. Follow the current invoice or authorised instructions. Available methods depend on that transaction; this page does not promise every payment option or a functioning public checkout.

## Payment confirmation

Keep the invoice and payment reference or receipt. A debit notification alone does not establish that the receiving system accepted a booking or payment. If status is unclear, contact the team before paying again.

[Existing Pay Online entry](/payonline) retains its account-service route. Do not send passwords, OTPs or complete card details to our email or enquiry form.

## Additional charges and recurring payments

Any cancellation, late-payment, recurring or other additional charge must be lawfully applicable and disclosed before agreement. A recurring debit requires the appropriate separate authorisation; public website use is not that authorisation. Additional charges do not arise solely from using this website.

## Billing review and refunds

Email [care@pinnacleblooms.org](mailto:care@pinnacleblooms.org) with the subject “Billing review”, a way to contact you and the information needed to understand your request. You can call [9100 181 181](tel:+919100181181) for guidance. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or unnecessary child records.

Provide the relevant invoice, amount, date and payment reference, a brief issue description and the resolution you seek. We review duplicate, incorrect, failed, unauthorised and unprovided-service charges. See [Refund and Cancellation Policy](/refund-policy). A request is not an automatic refund, and a policy does not waive lawful payment-dispute rights.

## Rights and updates

Nothing in this policy removes a right, remedy, complaint route or protection that applicable law gives you. Booking-specific written terms must be disclosed before you agree; they cannot override mandatory law.

This edition is effective from 1 October 2026. It replaces the previous public website wording for this subject. Material changes will be dated here. It does not retrospectively introduce charges or remove rights under an existing agreement.
