In these policies, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BHCL in its operation of Pinnacle Blooms Network.     "text": "LAST REVISION: 01-10-2026 Governing Law and Jurisdiction - Pinnacle Blooms Network unit of Bharath HealthCare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. Section 1: Applicable Law 1.1. This Governing Law and Jurisdiction (\"Policy\") governs the use of the services (\"Services\") provided by Pinnacle Blooms Network unit of Bharath HealthCare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (\"Pinnacle\"), operated by Bharath HealthCare Laboratories P LIMITED (\"Company\"). 1.2. Users of the Services agree to comply with this Policy and acknowledge that any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of India. Section 2: Choice of Law 2.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance within the courts of Hyderabad, India Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
