Pinnacle Blooms Network is operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Private Limited (BHCL). In these policies, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BHCL in its operation of Pinnacle Blooms Network.

Website content provides information about our approach, services and evidence. It does not replace individual assessment, consent or professional advice. A diagnosis, an eligibility decision or a care plan cannot be determined from a public page alone.

## Software and regulatory scope

PinnacleAI GPT-OS v1.0.0 is non-diagnostic Class B developmental-support software. MD-5, BIS and FSC records have their printed scopes; they do not establish a therapist’s qualification, an individual centre’s current service availability, guaranteed effectiveness or a foreign marketing authorisation. ## Outcomes, examples and evidence

We work toward growing self-sufficiency and participation. Goals, suitable support and progress remain individual. Illustrative scenes explain a process; they are not patient outcomes. A service-volume count, study finding, testimonial and child-specific result are different forms of evidence and must be read with their definitions and dates.

## Availability and external systems

Confirm current appointments, fees, location and access with the receiving team. Information may change or need correction. External maps, search engines, platforms and applications are controlled by their respective providers. Public guidance and website services are not emergency services.

## Responsibility and concerns

No statement here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives statutory remedies or turns a complaint into acceptance of poor service. Specific disputes are assessed under the applicable agreement and law.
