"text": "Scope and purpose Pinnacle Blooms Network is operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Private Limited (BHCL). In these policies, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BHCL in its operation of Pinnacle Blooms Network. This notice describes website technologies on eligible public Pinnacle pages. The site no longer displays analytics, invalid-traffic or advertising-call preference controls. Separate account, billing, clinical and private applications remain outside this public-page measurement scope. Technologies on eligible public pages Google Analytics: eligible public pages use a canonical or coarse public-page identity and a fixed event vocabulary for the permitted journey. Measurement excludes form values, contact details, clinical information, private answers, raw referrers and unrecognised URL fields. Analytics storage is enabled for eligible public measurement. Campaign attribution: recognised UTM fields and Google click identifiers may be retained in a bounded campaign record for up to 30 days so an accepted enquiry can be connected to its source. Unrecognised query fields, raw referrers, form values, contact details and clinical information are excluded. Google Ads call measurement: eligible public pages may replace the published central number with a temporary Google forwarding number to measure calls from advertising. The central number remains the destination. A telephone-link tap is not treated as a connected or qualified call. Invalid-traffic diagnostics: ClickGuard or CHEQ may use bounded browser, device and advertising signals on selected public commercial pages. These diagnostics do not decide whether a family may call, use WhatsApp or submit an enquiry. Cloudflare delivery, performance and security services support the website. Bookshop journey events may measure book views, sample clicks, bag changes and checkout starts; a checkout start is not a purchase. Browser controls and exclusions The website does not store an accepted or declined measurement preference and does not present an internal measurement choice panel. Browser, extension, network or device controls can still block or delete measurement technologies. Such blocking may reduce attribution but must not prevent the central phone number, WhatsApp link or enquiry journey from working. Private, authenticated, account, search, clinical and labelled QA contexts remain excluded from the managed public collector. Advertising personalisation remains disabled. External destinations apply their own controls and terms. Measurement and privacy A measured phone, WhatsApp or enquiry-link tap is not an answered call, accepted enquiry, booking, visit or admission. An accepted enquiry is recorded only when the protected receiving system returns its receipt. Managed measurement uses fixed event names and does not send child intake fields. Do not place child or clinical information in public URL parameters or social posts. See our Privacy Policy for personal-information requests. Questions and updates Email care@pinnacleblooms.org with the subject “Website privacy or cookie query”, a way to contact you and the information needed to understand your request. You can call 9100 181 181 for guidance. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or unnecessary child records. This measurement edition is effective from 19 October 2026. It replaces the former footer preference controls with automatic, bounded measurement on eligible public pages. Private, authenticated, search, clinical and labelled QA contexts remain excluded. Material changes will be dated here.",
