The obsession is a re ocurring thought of someone or something , where it always will be seems to be in a person’s mind.Obsessions may be a passing occurrence or a long-term interest, and may or may not be an uncomfortable experiences. Obsession may re occure as thoughts, dreams, fantacies, urges. Obsessive thoughts may have negetive connotation otherwise disturbing thoughts.
Obsessions may also feel a bit like intrusive thoughts — unwelcome thoughts that may feel concerning.
Most of the people may have intrusive or unwanted thoughts from time to time. Not all these intrusive or unwanted thoughts are obsessive, though in a way. It will be also hard to distinguish between the obsessions and the worries. The worry tends to be something that’s with a reason or which could have a possibility to happen.
Most of the people who experiences the obsession shows a genetical predisposition to it. One of the thought is that, obsessions may be something that we might have inherit through our DNA. The Other experts thinks that, there might be chemical differences within these some peoples’ brains and that might make you more likely to have the obsessions. Environmental factors might also play a big role in causing the obsessions, especially if that person is experiencing a high levels of stress.

Miller Fisher Syndrome

Definition:
Miller fisher syndrome is one of the rare forms of a spectrum of Guillain - barre syndrome (GBS).it is a neurological condition that causes mild to severe muscle weakness. It is caused by an immune system reaction.

Causes:
Both GBS and MFS are triggered by a viral infection, most commonly the flu or a stomach bug. Symptoms generally start appearing from one to four weeks after infection with the virus.

Symptoms :
While GBS tends to produce muscle weakness
blurry vision
double vision
weakened facial muscles, such as an inability to smile or whistle, slurred speech, and a decreased gag reflex
poor balance
wobbly gait
a diminished jerk when knee or ankle is tapped

Diagnosis:
The first thing your doctor will do is take a thorough medical history. To distinguish MFS from other neurological disorders, your doctor will ask you:

A blood test looking for MFS antibodies (proteins made by the body and used by the immune system to fight off infection) can also help confirm the diagnosis.

Treatment:
There’s no cure for MFS. The aim of treatment is to lessen the severity of symptoms and speed recovery.

The two main forms of treatment are immunoglobulin therapy and plasmapheresis. These are the same treatments used for GBS.

Immunoglobulin therapy
This treatment involves delivering (through an injection into a vein) high doses of proteins the immune system uses to attack infections. Researchers aren’t exactly sure why this helps to lessen the immune system’s attack on the nervous system, but it does seem to speed recovery.

Plasmapheresis
This is a procedure in which red and white blood cells are removed from the plasma (or liquid) portion of the blood. These cells are then reintroduced into the body, without the plasma.

Physical therapy to help the affected muscles regain strength may also be recommended.

INTRODUCTION OF VOICE DISORDER

People develop a voice disorder for many reasons.

A voice disorder is a change in how the voice sounds.

Health care providers trained in ear, nose and throat illnesses and speech-language pathologists diagnose and treat voice issues.

Treatment depends on what's causing the voice change.

Treatment can include voice therapy, drugs, shots or surgery.

Causes :

The voice box, also called the larynx, is made of a smooth covering, muscle and soft, moist areas.

The voice box sits at the top of the windpipe, also known as the trachea, and the base of the tongue.

The vocal cords vibrate to create sound.

POSTERIOR INTEROSSEOUS NERVE INJURY

Posterior interosseous nerve syndrome is a nerve compression neuropathy of the posterior interosseous branch of the radial nerve, which affects the innervation of the forearm extensor compartment.

Epidemiology :

Compressive neuropathies of the forearm are far less common than of the wrist, with radial nerve entrapment being the least frequent of the three major upper extremity nerves.

Posterior interosseous nerve palsies are more common in males, with a reported ratio of 2:1 .

Pathology :

It is a result of posterior interosseous nerve compression from trauma, micro trauma, inflammation.

Swallowing seems simple, but it's actually pretty complicated. It takes your brain, several nerves and muscles, two muscular valves, and an open, unconstricted esophagus, or swallowing tube to work just right.

Your swallowing tract goes from the mouth to the stomach. The act of swallowing normally happens in three phases. In the first phase, food or liquid is contained in the mouth by the tongue and palate (oral cavity). This phase is the only one we can control.

The second phase begins when the brain makes the decision to swallow. At this point, a complex series of reflexes begin. The food is thrust from the oral cavity into the throat (pharynx). At the same time, two other things happen: A muscular valve at the bottom of the pharynx opens, allowing food to enter the esophagus, and other muscles close the airway (trachea) to prevent food from entering the airways. This second phase takes less than half a second.

The third phase starts when food enters the esophagus. The esophagus, which is about nine inches long, is a muscular tube that produces waves of coordinated contractions (peristalsis). As the esophagus contracts, a muscular valve at the end of the esophagus opens and food is propelled into the stomach. The third phase of swallowing takes six to eight seconds to complete.A wide range of diseases can cause swallowing problems, which your doctor may call "dysphagia." These include:
Disturbances of the brain such as those caused by Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig's disease)

Oral or pharynx muscle dysfunction such as from a stroke

Loss of sphincter muscle relaxation (termed "achalasia")
